OVERVIEW
Heart of the Valley Services for Seniors is a pivotal online platform that fosters vital connections between older adults, aged 62 and above, and compassionate volunteers committed to enhancing their independent living. In an epoch defined by the relentless march of technological progress, the imperative of inclusivity stands paramount. Recognizing this imperative, our project is dedicated to the noble cause of rendering the Heart of the Valley Services for Seniors website more accessible, with a keen focus on tailoring its interface to accommodate the distinct needs of senior citizens who may possess limited or no prior experience in navigating technology.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that every individual, irrespective of their technological acumen, deserves unfettered access to the invaluable support and services offered by Heart of the Valley. By streamlining the process of enlisting in these services, we aim to empower seniors to seamlessly integrate technology into their lives, thereby enriching their sense of independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

PROBLEM
The problem lies in the requirement for seniors to confirm their eligibility for Heart of the Valley's services in order to access volunteer assistance. This process can be complex or unclear, creating a barrier for older adults seeking support. Streamlining the eligibility confirmation process is essential to ensure seniors can easily access the assistance they need to enhance their independent living situations.
SOLUTION
Our solution involves creating an engaging quiz to convey Heart of the Valley's eligibility requirements to seniors and connect them with additional resources. This interactive tool will offer a user-friendly interface, ensuring easy navigation and understanding of the criteria for accessing volunteer assistance. Upon completion, seniors will be seamlessly directed to further support options tailored to their needs, streamlining the process of accessing Heart of the Valley's services.
